Impetus was given by social media phenomenon "Zukkihund": He approached IKEA Switzerland via Twitter and Facebook and proposed to open the ball-pit fun at Småland for grownups for a day. IKEA liked the input - and called JEFF to take care of the detailed concept and implementation of the event.
The party took place in IKEA Spreitenbach's outdoor parking area. Alongside the ballpit, there was a huge lounge area (built from IKEA furniture, of course), two DJs, taking care of the right vibes, and a bar with tasty drinks from the stores bistro. Finally, over 2000 guests gathered around the ballpit, danced, had a drink - and most of them were lucky enough to slide down into the 10x5m pool with over 100'000 balls inside.
