Where not too long ago a real pharmacy - or as in the more archaic German language an "apothecary" - was situated, the "apoTHEKE - Lunch Kaffee Bar" opened in early 2015. A friendly place, with a warm and cosy atmosphere, where the name says it all: There's a huge "Theke" in the middle of the room - a counter, peppered with luscios treats for every appetite.
JEFF developed the whole Corporate Design for apoTHEKE and realized various applications, from business cards to the website.
A traditional and iconic Swiss product, Kägi has a large fan community which is especially well represented and active on the carefully aministered Facebook page. The goal was to establish a link between the online and offline worlds, with a special promotion seeking the increase of the Kägi presence in the real world.
With this goal in mind, JEFF created the Kägimat. A vending machine transformed and programmed to dispense a free chocolate wafer by the fulfilment of a simple task: Take a picture with the Kägimat, upload it on Facebook via a special website and use the QR code received to trigger the Kägimat mechanism: a fresh Kägi Fret drops, ready to be enjoyed.
The Kägimat started its tour through Switzerland in Toggenburg, at more than 1350m above sea – and one after the other, major cities and a wide selection of other locations were able to experience the sweet taste of a free Kägi Fret. The journey continues!
